This hotel exceeded my expectations! I loved how well-appointed the rooms were, with a balcony in every single one and two full body mirrors. The location was perfect for my city trip; situated in a peaceful residential area, yet only a short 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The professional staff made check-in and check-out a breeze, and the food was mouth-watering. great value for money and an unforgettable experience.
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a few minor issues. the bathroom fan was not working, relying on the room AC instead.

One thing that really stood out to me during my stay at this hotel was the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They even remembered my preferences and made me feel like a valued guest.
There was one small issue during my stay, but it did not significantly impact my overall experience. The room automation system could use some updating.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area, the hotel is conveniently close to a mall and offers comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The service is friendly and professional, and the breakfast is excellent. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is always ready to help. Guests can enjoy the serene view from the rooms and take advantage of the facilities provided by the hotel.
The hotel charges high taxes and service fees which might not appeal to budget-conscious travelers.

We loved the location of this hotel, which was perfect for exploring the city with its proximity to the metro station and shopping center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations and even arranging for someone to take us to the phone shop. Additionally, the room service lunch we ordered was delicious, reasonably priced, and served promptly. We found the hotel to be very clean and located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay.

Best aspects of my Easter Break stay: The hotel has a good location, close to the airport and metro which makes it easy to get around. the breakfast is quite good with a variety of options to choose from. Another thing I liked about the hotel is the comfortable bed which helped me sleep soundly every night.
Worst aspects of my Easter Break stay: However, I was not satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and the customer service was almost non-existent.
